Saturday 24th September at New River Path N4 2HF (This is by the Redmond Community Centre)
Chase the last of the summer with London’s best free festival and celebrate the beautiful outdoors preserved by previous generations alongside the New River Path. The first year back after the pandemic, Hidden River Festival invites communities to come together and enjoy the wonderful sights around Hackney’s New River and the East and West reservoirs at Woodberry Down, accompanied by entertainment to encourage a connected community. Revelers can enjoy live music, circus and dance workshops, local food stalls, eco talks, arts, a picnic area and more. Go and explore this wildlife haven, originally built over 400 years ago to bring Londoners fresh water from the springs of Hertfordshire and provide a beautiful green way through this part of the city.
