Abney Park litterpicks

10am, Saturday, 8 May 2021Last month’s APUG litterpicking session was a great success. There were lots of us out there tidying up. It’s been great to hear from several people since then saying they want to join us this month. It certainly helps to blow the covid cobwebs away and it’s fantastic to hear people saying how much they love Abney Park and want to be part of making it cleaner and safer for everyone.

Join us again or for the first time on Saturday 8 May. It’s a nice way of making new acquaintances or renewing old ones. Obviously, we’ll still be observing social distancing and all the ongoing precautions. Please wear a mask and bring your own outer gloves, although we’ll have some on site in case you can’t find any. We recommend wearing tough shoes too, not your new white trainers! It would be useful if you can bring your own pen to sign in. People can work in small groups, as usual.

Meet at the front of the Stoke Newington High Street entrance at 10am on Saturday 8 May. We look forward to seeing you then.
Abney Park litterpicks take place on the second Saturday of the month. Meet at the main entrance on Stoke Newington High Street. Come join us!
