Calling City &Hackney residents interested in becoming Covid-19 Public Health Champions
We are looking for people who live, work or study in City or Hackney who want to help stop the spread of COVID-19 by communicating public health messages amongst their personal networks: family, friends, colleagues, neighbours. As a Community Champion, you will receive regular messages from the Volunteer Centre Hackney team, which can then be forwarded amongst your networks using a range of methods incl. WhatsApp, E-mail, Text, Phone/Zoom calls and Social media channels. You will receive ongoing support from both Public Health and Volunteer Centre Hackney and will have the opportunity to raise any questions or concerns via e-mail, but also at regular online Forums. We all have a role to play in combatting misinformation spreading in our communities. To apply, click here.
