North East London health and care partners are calling on children and young people to help them improve the way health and care services are provided.
We’ve had a really great response rate to our survey so far but as we move back into the Government’s Tier system we know that things are still far from normal and we want to give more young people a chance to tell us how they feel.
The survey is aimed at 11-18 year olds, or up to 25 year olds for those with special educational needs, living in Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Newham and City and Hackney.
