Congratulations to the graduates of this year’s Hackney Council and Homerton Hospital Supported Internship Programmes.
The interns attended and participated in an online Graduation Ceremony joined by their parents, mentors, colleagues, Cllr Williams and Mayor Glanville.
We want to give each intern a huge congratulations on all of their successes, and wish them the very best in their future careers.
With the support from their job coaches, tutors and mentors, graduating interns are now well-equipped with the tools to progress into paid employment.
Applications are now open for the 20/21 programme.

The Parity Project connects Black Men aged 18-30 to corporate careers in Canary Wharf and the City.
In just over a year nearly 100 young men have started internships and permanent employment via training, networking and access to live vacancies.
Visit the ELBA website for more information.

Are you a Hackney resident? Do you consider going to museums as one of your favorite activities? Have you ever thought about getting a job in a Museum? The good news is, you don’t need to be an arts graduate to be able to get an art-related job in a museum. Did you realise that museum vacancies are open for people looking for roles in customer service as well?
Join us as part of a live Zoom Q&A session as we put your questions to Director of Capital Projects and Operations at Hackney’s Museum Of The Home – Lisa Moore.
