Forward
111 years ago in January 1909 a payroll robbery in Tottenham led to a frantic pursuit of Latvian anarchists over the Lea River marshes. Four people died including PC. William Tyler, who lies buried in Abney Park under one of it’s finest monuments.

Led by Alan Gartrell, this tour will tell the story of the ‘Tottenham Outrage’. The stories of P.C Alfred Smith and others killed in the line of duty will also be revealed.
