We are helping City and Hackney collect your views to shape future primary care services in Hackney with this online survey. This 5 minute survey is anonymous and will play an important role in helping to shape GP services.
City and Hackney Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are revising its primary care strategy (long term plan) and is keen to hear people’s views on what local general practice should look like.
The CCG would like to hear from all Hackney and City residents but they are especially keen to hear from Hackney’s working age residents and patients who are LGBTQ+.The CCG is targeting people from these population groups because they are often under represented in feedback on local health and care services.
