Well Grounded Coffee Barista Traineeship

This is a fantastic opportunity to train as a barista with the specialty coffee training academy, Well Grounded.

The nine week training scheme will include a five week part-time work placement with the opportunity to gain technical barista skills as well as CV writing and soft skills development.

Upon completion you will gain an internationally recognised barista qualification from the Speciality Coffee Association.

Eligibility:

  • 18+
  • Unemployed or on a zero hour contract
  • Not in training or education
  • Actively looking for work
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Level 2 or equivalent in maths and English or equivalent.

Shared Training and Employment Programme

STEP up in your career with a twelve-month paid position to work and train at a top cultural and creative organisation like V&A, Sadler’s Wells and London College and Fashion.

As part of the training you will receive mentoring and have access to networking opportunities.

To apply for this opportunity you must be 18-30 years old and be a current resident in Newham, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets and Hackney.

Hours: Full time

Contract: Two 6 month contracts

Salary: £10.55/hour, £19,000 per annum (London Living Wage)
