The new Type Tasting Books series is shaping up well and I’ll soon be able to share sample spreads and take pre-orders on the first two titles. Last week I ran a Decoding Type workshop for a brilliant team from a design company from Brighton who created a wonderfully inventive typographic gin bar in a 15-minute design challenge. The last Hidden messages in London’s typography Sunday workshops will take place on Sunday 18th August before they take a break for a few months, they’ll return when things quieten down here. There are just a few places left so grab a ticket here while you can.

Hidden messages in London’s typography

Discover the evocative story of London street signs and what they communicate to us, often on a subconscious level. Join me for a joyous and activity-filled session in the Type Tasting studio exploring London’s letterforms and street signs as you uncover their hidden messages.

Typographic jellybean tasting

I’m excited to be creating an interactive installation for the Sense Me exhibition taking place in Denmark. Visitors will take part in the typographic jellybean tasting and have their personalities analysed, and I’m heading over to host a Wine and Type Tasting at the launch next month.
