Come and have your say on what the NHS Long Term Plan should look like in City and Hackney

City and Hackney health and care partners together with NHS Community Voice are hosting two Let’s Talk events aimed at discussing the NHS Long Term Plan.

At these events we want to:

·         share with people how their views have helped to shape our local plans and  what health and care services will look like in City and Hackney in 2019/20

·         outline how these local plans reflect the national priorities set out in the NHS Long Term Plan

·         hear YOUR views on what you’d like to see happen locally over the coming years

·         set out our intention to continue talking to residents and patients between now and September 2019 as we prepare a more long term plan for City and Hackney
