Amongst the shows at OTO over the next seven days, we’re very pleased to host a three-day residency as a result of the OTO Projects UK Artists Residency Fund with Still House Plants– aka the Glasgow and South London-based collective made up of Finlay Clark, David Kennedy and Jessica Hickie-Kallenbach – following the release of their acclaimed new 12″ LP on bison records. This week’s digital release is an extraordinary set from Zywizna; a collaborative project between two distinct voices in underground Polish music – Genowefa Lenarcik and Raphael Rogiński. With guitar and voice they re-realize traditional Kurpian folk songs within a new experimental context; making music that is as much about the past as it is about the possible future. ZARDOSHT – NEW MENU
Zardosht bring a modern take on an ancient Persian cuisine here at OTO. They’ve recently changed the menu to a Spring / Summer and Autumn / Winter format of small plates. The menu consists of their signature colourful Persianesque food with the addition of some very traditional and authentic Persian dishes.
