Guided Tour led by Alan Gartrell
Sunday 20th January 2pm

There are many missionaries buried in Abney Park who went to all corners of the world. Their stories include cannibalism in the South Seas, the ‘Baptist Wars’ in Jamaica and other struggles for emancipation throughout the world. In the Cemetery lie the man who took the Salvation Army to India and was arrested for it and the Jamaican slave who became a missionary in Africa.

Join Alan Gartrell for a guided tour.
To meet at the main gates on Stoke Newington High St
