A Planning Brief for St Mary’s Lodge in Stoke Newington was adopted by the Council on 18 December 2017. The Planning Brief will help to shape the redevelopment of the site with its key aim being to restore the historic St Mary’s Lodge building to its former glory and to bring the wider site back into functional use. It is expected that redevelopment will be for a community use or a community-led mixed use scheme including residential. The Planning Brief is now a material consideration when considering future planning applications on the site.
