Health & Equality Discussion
~ Come and tell us about your experiences of using health services in City and Hackney ~
We are committed to reducing health inequalities and making sure that health services are accessible to everyone in City and Hackney.
To hear YOUR views on health &equality we are hosting a number of focus groups on Tuesday 2 May 2017, 5-7.30pm at the Graeae Theatre Company (138 Kingsland Rd, London E2 8DY ). We would like to hear from
· City and Hackney residents with experience of using mental health services
· City and Hackney residents with experience of living with conditions affecting the heart or blood vessels (e.g. stroke, heart attack, irregular heart beat or chest pain)
· City residents with experience of using community health services such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy or district nursing.
We would in particular like to encourage participation from across different age groups, religious groups and ethnic backgrounds as well as from LGBTQ+ residents , those who identify themselves as having a disability and people caring for others.
Friendly and informal environment with light refreshments provided. To find out more or to reserve your place, please email CAHCCG.PPI@nhs.net or telephone 0203 816 3227 by Wednesday 26 April, including which discussion you would like to take part in. Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
We want this workshop to be accessible for all. When booking, please let us know of any language, communication, access or dietary requirements you may have.
