‘Dalston Quarter’

The ‘Dalston Quarter’ refers to the opportunity for part refurbishment, part development of Council owned sites in Dalston, to deliver a cultural, creative and community quarter (‘The Quarter’) as set out in the implementation plan of the Dalston Area Action Plan. The Quarter is envisaged to become a vibrant, exciting hub that builds on the existing character and cultural, creative and community uses which exist within the area, and form an exciting centrepiece of urban regeneration for the Borough’s Major Town Centre.
