Bus Strike

just wanted to let you know that it is looking likely that there will be another bus strike tomorrow, with further disruption to possibly follow on Friday February 13th and Monday February 16th.

Services would be affected from about 4am on Thursday morning all the way through until Friday morning.

Whilst deeply frustrating for all Londoners, you can find up to date information hereclick here

Transport for London has said that passengers with a Bus & Tram Pass season ticket, 11-15 Zip Oyster photocard or 16+ Zip Oyster photocard with free bus and tram travel, will be able to use their tickets on Tube, DLR and London Overground services on reasonable routes – show your pass to a member of staff, but DON’T touch in or out on the yellow readers or you’ll be charged the “pay-as-you-go” fare. Also Bus & Tram Pass season tickets will be accepted on the Thames Clipper RB1 River Bus service between 06:00-10:00 and 16:30-19:30.

However, you won’t be able to use your Bus & Tram Pass season tickets to travel on National Rail services or on the cable car across the Thames. If you use Oyster pay as you go then you will be charged the normal tube or rail fare.

Yours faithfully
