Stoke Newington launches its Christmas Shop Local campaign

What’s On!

Most retailers are offering something special for Shop Local customers during December, whether it’s free tote bags if you spend more than £20 (Of Cabbages & Kings), free 2015 diaries if you spend over £15 on gifts or greetings cards (Hamdy’s) or delicious festive menus (White Hart & other pubs and bars) plus of course some fortifying mulled wine (Borough Wines) to make the whole process a little more special.

For the very best advice on which book to buy for your awkward little sister, your elderly uncle or anyone in between, the Stoke Newington LitFest team will be on hand to point you in the right direction. Whether it’s the hottest new novel, the quirkiest book on chaffinches or the best graphic novel superhero on the block, take a guided tour with a mulled wine and mince pie to help you choose.
